With the capability to process one truckload every five minutes, the SvO1 station significantly enhances the flow of materials, minimizing wait times and maximizing productivity. Our operators, equipped with custom software, meticulously assess various quality parameters including:
- Waste Percentage: Identifying inerts, defects, and signs of illness in tomatoes.
- Physical Parameters: Measuring Brix (Bx) levels, pH, color, and lycopene content.
