The production line starts with the delivery of raw materials, their washing and sorting, cutting, preliminary heating, refining, concentrating, storage, pasteurisation or sterilization and hot or aseptic filling.

The quickness of the technological process and the lowered to a minimum time for thermic processing guarantee the protection of nutritional and taste qualities of the ready product as to the greatest extend. The produced paste is used for direct consumption or as raw material for production of lyutenitsa, ketchup, sauce, juices and baby food.

In none of the processing stages of tomatoes used are conservers, coloring or additive as the end product is certified with maximal expiry term of 24 months as of the production date.
