    The produced purée shall be used for direct consumption or as raw materials for production of pepper relishes (lytenitsa), ketchups, sauces, juices and baby foods. None of the stages of tomato processing used preservatives, coloring agents, and the end product is certified with a maximum shelf life of 24 months as of the date of production.
